A LETTER TO FOREIGN EXPERTS IN LIAONING FROM LIAONING PROVINCIAL DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
親愛的外國(guó)專家
Dear foreign experts
為應(yīng)對(duì)近期新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情,保障廣大民眾身體健康,遼寧省已啟動(dòng)重大突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件I級(jí)響應(yīng)。社會(huì)各屆積極響應(yīng)政府號(hào)召,推動(dòng)疫情聯(lián)防聯(lián)控工作有序展開。在此,特向在遼的全體外國(guó)專家提出如下倡議：
To combat the outbreak of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus ( 2019-ncov ) and ensure the health of the general public , Liaoning Province had initiated the First Level ( the highest level ) public health emergency response . Up to now ,various epidemic prevention efforts have been made efficiently and orderly . Hereby , we advocate the following to all foreign exparts in Liaoning:
一.關(guān)注權(quán)威信息發(fā)布情況。可關(guān)注遼寧省衛(wèi)健委官方網(wǎng)站(http:// wsjk In.gov.cn/),以及“遼寧發(fā)布”微信公眾號(hào)( liaoningfabu),及時(shí)獲取新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情的官方權(quán)威信息通報(bào)和有關(guān)疫情防控措施以及重要通知通告等。
I . Pay attention to authoritative information
Please follow the official website of Liaoning Provincial Health Commission(http://wsjk.in.gov.cn/)and liaoning government Wechat ( liaoningfabu ) for updates of the epidemic including preventive measures and important information.
二、保持良好衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣。勤洗手,咳嗽、打噴嚏時(shí)務(wù)必使用紙巾或肘部捂住口鼻。注意居所衛(wèi)生,適當(dāng)開窗通風(fēng)
II . Maintain good hygiene habits Please wash your hands often . Cover your mouth and nose with tissue or your elbow when coughing or sneezing . Keep your house clean and ventilated adequately .
三、盡量減少外出活動(dòng)。避免前往人員密集場(chǎng)所,暫停聚會(huì)聚餐等群體性活動(dòng)。必須外岀時(shí)務(wù)必正確佩戴口罩,廢棄口罩規(guī)范投放。
Ⅲ.Please strengthen self-protection with less out-door activities
Please avoid going to crowded places, and reduce group activities such as gatherings and dinners. Please wear masks correctly when going out. Discarded masks should be placed according to regulations.
四、 避免接觸、吃食任何野生動(dòng)物。禽類動(dòng)物、肉類和蛋類請(qǐng)徹底煮熟后食用 ,家用餐具生熟分開。
IV.Aivoid touching or eating wild anilnals
Please eat cooked poultry, rneats and eggs. Household tableware should be used separately for cooked and un-cooked food.
五、
定期監(jiān)測(cè) 自身健康狀況。若出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱,咳嗽,胸悶,乏力等癥狀 ,須及時(shí)佩戴醫(yī)用防護(hù)口罩到定點(diǎn)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)就診。

V.Recgularly Inonitor your health
When you have symptoms of having a fever >37.3℃，coughing, difficulty in breathing or lacking in strength, please wear a surgical mask and immediately go to see a doctor at your nearest designated medical institutions.

六、積極參與聯(lián)防聯(lián)控。如果近期曾赴訪疫情高發(fā)地區(qū),或接觸過這些地區(qū)人員,請(qǐng)第一時(shí)間向當(dāng)?shù)丶部貦C(jī)構(gòu)或指定部門報(bào)告,同時(shí)要密切注意身體狀況,多居家休息,少外出活動(dòng)。積極配合政府、社區(qū)和醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)人員做好疫情防控詢問登記工作。
VI . Be responsible and cooperative
If you have recently visited high-risk areas or contacted with people from these areas , please report to the local centers for disease control and prevention or other designated departments as soon as possible . Please stay at home and pay close attention to your health . When asked , please provide the local governments , communities or medical staff with your information in a timely manner.
